Podpis kupn\u00ed smlouvy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kupn\u00ed smlouva mus\u00ed obsahovat:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>p\u0159esnou specifikaci pozemku (parceln\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo, katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed atd.),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cenu a zp\u016fsob platby,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>povinnost prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho p\u0159edat nemovitost a povinnost kupuj\u00edc\u00edho zaplatit,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zp\u016fsob p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed pozemk\u016f,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho, \u017ee na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ondrejhalama.sk\/definicia-pozemku\/\">pozemku<\/a> nejsou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 skryt\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed vady.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O\u0161et\u0159ete p\u0159epis energie a dal\u0161\u00ed smluvn\u00ed podm\u00ednky.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podpisy prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho mus\u00ed b\u00fdt <strong>not\u00e1\u0159sky ov\u011b\u0159eny<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. N\u00e1vrh na z\u00e1pis do katastru nemovitost\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Po podpisu kupn\u00ed smlouvy je nutn\u00e9 podat <strong>n\u00e1vrh na z\u00e1pis vlastnick\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va do<\/strong> katastru nemovitost\u00ed (z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sazba poplatku je 100 eur).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vlastn\u00edkem pozemku se stanete z\u00e1pisem do katastru nemovitost\u00ed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e1kup pozemk\u016f pat\u0159\u00ed k odborn\u011b nejn\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm, zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli velk\u00e9mu mno\u017estv\u00ed faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed cenu a vyu\u017eitelnost pozemku.
