V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o vztah mezi vlastn\u00edkem pozemku a vlastn\u00edkem budovy (nap\u0159. st\u00e1je apod.). <\/p>\n\n<p>Je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee vlastn\u00edk pozemku nen\u00ed toto\u017en\u00fd s vlastn\u00edkem budovy kondominia. Je tak\u00e9 zcela b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee vlastn\u00edk budovy v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nem\u00e1 k pozemku \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Vlastn\u00edci t\u011bchto pozemk\u016f maj\u00ed obvykle z\u00e1jem na tom, aby ze sv\u00e9ho majetku n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem t\u011b\u017eili. T\u011bmito pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi prost\u0159edky jsou zejm\u00e9na: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u017ealoba na vyklizen\u00ed pozemku,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017ealoba na vyd\u00e1n\u00ed bezd\u016fvodn\u00e9ho obohacen\u00ed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>n\u00e1vrh podle \u00a7 135c odst. 1 ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho <a href=\"https:\/\/novy.slov-lex.sk\/ezbierky\/pravne-predpisy\/SK\/ZZ\/1964\/40\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">z\u00e1kon\u00edku<\/a>, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>uzav\u0159en\u00edm smlouvy o pron\u00e1jmu nebo v\u00fdp\u016fj\u010dce,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sm\u011bna pozemku za jinou v\u011bc (nap\u0159. pozemek),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>darov\u00e1n\u00ed pozemk\u016f,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prodejem pozemku (pokud vlastn\u00edk nem\u00e1 z\u00e1jem o jeho vyu\u017eit\u00ed).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Komu prodat pozemek pod dru\u017estvem?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pozemek lze v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b prodat komukoli. Obvykle bude m\u00edt o koupi pozemku z\u00e1jem vlastn\u00edk stavby, ale nen\u00ed vylou\u010deno, \u017ee jej v\u00fdhodn\u011bji koup\u00ed jin\u00e1 osoba, a to i s v\u011bdom\u00edm, \u017ee na pozemku bude m\u00edt ciz\u00ed stavbu.
