Trainer:<\/p>

Mgr. Ondrej Halama – lawyer and expert in cadastre of real estate, land and construction law. For seven years he worked at the cadastre and adjudicated in cadastral proceedings. He is the author of professional and educational publications in the field of land and construction law. He has experience in real estate activities. He is currently working at the bar. Published publications: Commentary to the Cadastral Act (2014, 2021), Land, Buildings, Flats (<\/a> 2019), Commentary to Act No. 180\/1995 Coll. The training is intended for lawyers, attorneys, paralegals, notaries, real estate brokers, land registry employees, mediators, property owners, housing cooperatives and communities, investor companies, banks, mortgage specialists.<\/p>\n
