The Civil Procedure Code is one of the most important legal rules, as it regulates the conduct of civil litigation.<\/p>\n\n

The Rules of Procedure and the Explanatory Memorandum, as submitted to Parliament for approval, are available for download below. The final text was amended during the approval process and some paragraphs have changed number or text. <\/p>\n\n

The Explanatory Memorandum is an important tool in the interpretation of the Civil Procedure Code.<\/p>\n\n
